Soothe sore muscles and allow any built-up stress or tension to simply melt away. Flow’s full spectrum infrared sauna is set in a tranquil and private garden setting.

Sauna at flow, is a sensory experience. We engage our 5 senses with herbal tea upon arrival, essential oils in a purpose made sauna diffuser, heat to touch, Bluetooth connectivity for sound and a colour therapy light. The sauna experience is designed to prepare you for a deep and restorative float therapy session in our Tranquility Pod or large Cabin Pool.

At Flow Retreat all of our retreat packages incorporate float therapy. Each package has been designed to prepare your mind and body for a deep and restorative float therapy session. Going straight into a float session without this preparation can be challenging and sometimes even daunting.

Float tank therapy is an intense form of meditation. We calibrate the magnesium rich water to match the temperature of your skin and the air to that of the water. The boundary between your body, the air and water seems to disappear and you feel as though you are floating in outer space.

Soothe & Soak is a grounding and restoring immersion that combines two very powerful health-giving tools.
