Experience the combination of Flow’s unique 5 Senses immersion and the deep and restorative practice of float therapy. Designed to enhance your float therapy practice .. Flow's signature sensory experience incorporates sound-vibration-colour immersion, a tailored aromatherapy blend and a therapeutic tea upon arrival.

Your 5 Senses journey will be followed by the deep and restorative rest of float therapy in our Tranquility Pod or large Cabin Pool.

At Flow Retreat all of our retreat packages incorporate float therapy. Each package has been designed to prepare your mind and body for a deep and restorative float therapy session. Going straight into a float session without this preparation can be challenging and sometimes even daunting.

Float tank therapy is an intense form of meditation. We calibrate the magnesium rich water to match the temperature of your skin and the air to that of the water. The boundary between your body, the air and water seems to disappear and you feel as though you are floating in outer space.

You will take an aromatherapy gift home .. to maintain your ‘sense of flow’.

The Flow Experience is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience that has been loved by guests and clients since the retreat launched in late 2019.
